At The Shala Yoga in Norway, I was presented with an exciting challenge: to revamp their online program sales strategy, which had shown initial success but was experiencing a decline over time. This case study outlines my strategic approach to doubling their customer base and significantly boosting revenue in just four months.
The Shala Yoga had initially found success with Facebook ads, achieving an impressive ROI and drawing attention to their high-ticket programs. However, after six months, sales began to wane, and the team found themselves in a cycle of uncertainty regarding the future scalability of their offerings. The fluctuating sales figures signaled a need for a comprehensive review and overhaul of their existing digital marketing efforts.
My objective was clear: to dissect what was working, eliminate inefficiencies, and amplify successful strategies. Here's how we achieved it:
Within four months, these strategies led to the addition of 127 new students to their high-ticket programs, translating to €189K in additional revenue. This marked a significant leap from approximately €13.5K a month to €47K a month—a 3.5x increase.
